Every woman who has a regular job is in career. But when a woman is ever
given that tag " Career Woman", it is more like a stigma than it is
like a title or complement.
While women work and earn income, some women are still financially dependent while some others are independent.
When a woman gains financial independence through her career, she is
rather called a "career woman" than being called a successful or
independent woman. But when a man gains financial independence through
his career, he is rather called a "successful man" than being called a
"career man"
The title "career woman" is described with a collection of negative qualities about women who work and earn reliable income.
